Tradeshow Coordinator: assess business development opportunities to expand the trade show and manage all support processes for a positive tradeshow experience that results in new vendor engagement and retention
Sponsorship acquisition to supplement the non-dues budget and reduce reliance on dues income to a maximum dues reliance level of 45% Foundation: grow the endowment/increase public awareness via board development and strategic planning of initiatives and innovative programming
Intern Development: assess baseline opportunities for improvement. Create and execute programming and collateral materials as necessary to engage, recruit and advance associate members through development/compilation of AXP/ARE process information; relationship development with Universities and engage with AXP Component Coordinators Program.
Work with AIA Florida Associate Directors at Large, Regional Associate Director and component associate directors to develop annual goals and priorities. Coordinate and execute projects identified as priorities.
Allied Membership: increase allied membership through innovative creation of benefits and services that profit and increase relationship opportunities.
Membership: Increase number of Architect members above current levels; increase number of Associate members above current levels; Increase number of Firm members while maintaining or increasing current retention levels
Directory: oversee data compilation and publication of annual member directory.
Supervise communications staff and operations as necessary to market all association programs and services.
