Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
Five-plus years of relevant professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations or advancement, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting
Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and branding principles, as well as solid grasp of new media channels
Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex tasks with hard deadlines
Excellent writing, editorial and proofreading skills
Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Graphic design experience and facility with Adobe Creative Suite: inDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, and InDesign a plus.
Experience in website management and familiarity with content management systems (WordPress)
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written skills for a variety of audiences.
