The Greater Richmond Partnership, Inc. (GRP), the region’s lead economic development organization, is seeking a student intern for Fall 2018. GRP is a 501c3 non-profit public-private partnership that markets and sells the Richmond Region to businesses to convince them to locate or expand here.
The intern’s primary responsibility will include supporting our marketing and sales teams. Responsibilities may include:
Content marketing (writing for blog, website and social media)
Assisting with social influencer campaign
Public relations writing for press releases, newsletters
Assisting with local, national and international media relations
Assistance with advertising campaigns in Google Adwords and LinkedIn
GRP prefers a senior Marketing, Advertising or Master’s Degree student for this paid internship ($14.50-$16/hour). For more information on our organization, please visit www.grpva.com.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is critical. The ideal candidate will also have experience in Adobe Creative Suite, social media tools, content marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords. Strong marketing, communications and analytical skills are required.
