Holy Child at Rosemont is an independent, Catholic, co-educational day school with an enrollment of 315 children, 3 years – grade 8, located on the Main Line 10 miles west of Philadelphia. The school is a member of the Network of Holy Child Schools and is seeking to hire a Director of Admissions and Marketing, beginning immediately.
The Director of Admissions and Marketing is a key member of the Senior leadership team of the School and reports directly to the Head of School. The Director of Admissions and Marketing is responsible for all aspects of enrollment management, including marketing, recruiting, evaluating, enrolling and retaining candidates and students.
To fill this position, the School seeks an experienced, dynamic professional with demonstrated leadership, marketing and sales skills who is committed to the fulfillment of the Holy Child mission and philosophy. We will also consider for this position non-traditional candidates, that is, people without an independent school admissions background, who have successful experience in marketing and sales and are willing to learn about the independent school world.
