The Marketing Department at Bentley University is seeking applicants for a non-tenure track, full-time position at the rank of Lecturer to teach various Marketing classes as well as and Integrated Business Project class beginning in Fall 2018. The Lecturer contract carries a four-course teaching load in both the fall and spring semesters. While class sizes may vary, Management courses are generally capped at 35 students.
Other responsibilities and essential functions of this role may include assuming the role of Company Coordinator for GB 320, Integrated Business Function — a class designed to expose students to real corporate problems and solutions from many disciplines.

The successful applicant must be an excellent teacher. The primary responsibility will be to teach the Integrated Project required of all undergraduate business majors at Bentley. This course requires familiarity with finance and operations topics in addition to deep knowledge of marketing. Additional classes may be assigned reliant on departmental needs and faculty member experience and interest. The Marketing Department seeks applicants who possess an extensive network of business connections that serve as a pool of companies to be used in student projects. Applicants should have teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels at an accredited business school. Faculty are expected to be engaged participants in the Marketing Department and Bentley community. Candidates must possess a minimum of an MBA or a Master's degree in a related field.
