Distribution Consultant with experience in Financial Services

Your role
In this role individuals with an actionable understanding of the financial institutions and their ecosystems and interest in the current trends impacting the financial institutions combined with consulting skills, work in teams to tackle the key strategic, organizational, and operational challenges faced by our clients.

Distribution topics covers among other things:

  • enable the digital transformation of our clients

  • support financial institutions in offering the best customer experience

  • explore ever changing relationship model between financial institutions and their customers

    Basic qualifications
    The ideal candidate for this role is a driven self-starter who:
  • Is a conceptual thinker with strong analytic skills
  • Is a creative yet pragmatic problem solver has a broad understanding of current marketing & sales trends, their impact on business strategies, and their implications in creating and sustaining High Performance
  • Can transition easily from a distribution perspective to consider the broader business challenges, to support end-to-end business transformation
  • Is able to contribute to the design and implementation of new Business / IT architectures
  • Has outstanding communications skills in Dutch, French and English
  • Is resourceful, responsible, tenacious and able to work independently
