And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) As Director of Portfolio Marketing - Optum360 Revenue Cycle Technology, you will be responsible for strategizing marketing content and executing product marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth for the Optum360 business unit. Responsibilities include leading a team which is creating value proposition messaging, developing marketing content, supporting the sales and Revenue Cycle campaign marketing teams with high - impact sales tools, content and messaging, performing competitive analysis, and providing strategic direction for demand generation and market awareness opportunities. Primary Responsibilities:Lead the definition of the Optum360 revenue cycle technology value story. Develop strategic product positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market Build a product marketing plan and prioritize marketing content and sales tools that articulate and demonstrate product value to both prospects and existing clients (including ROI tools, presentations, RFP content, case studies, white papers) Assess competitive intelligence to aid strategic decision making and development of key messaging / positioning Identify points of differentiation for best positioning Optum360 revenue cycle solutions and adjust marketing content based on market trends and changes Research and quantify market opportunities for sales growth Execute launch plans for both new products and product enhancements Collaborate with segment marketing teams to identify demand generation and market awareness opportunities Provide product training as needed
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience and / or healthcare product marketing experience Domain expertise in healthcare IT People management experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong project management skillsPreferred Qualifications:MBA Experience in Health Care Revenue Cycle or Regulatory Compliance Attention to detailCareers with Optum.
