The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marketing and sales management activities and special projects, development of sales and marketing reports and presentations, creation and coordination of marketing communications, and product line marketing coordination and support including product pricing, promotion, market research, new product launch, product distribution, budgeting, and sales support.
Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
•Assists in the planning, development and execution of marketing plans and programs. •Assists and coordinates the development and execution of the sales and marketing communications strategy required to meet product line management and annual corporate strategic objectives (product research, product literature, data sheets, web site updates, corporate and product marketing communications, photography and video creation, trade shows coordination, and marketing language translation). •Creates sales and marketing “tool box” components for product marketing plans including but not limited to; presentations, marketing communications, and sample kits for the sales and marketing team. •Maintains corporate and product websites including product landing pages and corporate current news and product information up to date. •Assists in corporate and product brand development. •Researches, evaluates and coordinates all outside services for marketing materials. •Coordinates and participates in trade shows, e-seminars and customer meetings. •Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required: •Bachelor’s degree in marketing analytics with at least 3 year’s business experience or business degree with at least 5 year’s marketing experience •Excellent written and verbal communications skills •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word •Proficiency in Adobe and other tools used to create marketing communications •Proficiency in website support and management tools and minimum 2 years of website support
