Tea Forté is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Gift Inside Sales Executive. This position is responsible for managing the Tea Forté Business Gift distribution network, with responsibility for all Business Gift accounts, from small to significant national distributors. This person will also be the link with independents multiple representatives. This inside sales person will also create digital proofs and submit orders to the customer service team once approved by the customer. This position requires travel to support national trade shows as needed. Knowledge of NetSuite.com will be a plus for this position. Ideal candidate will have a successful track record in Business Gift sales acquisition.
Retain knowledge and understanding of Tea Forté products and practices and the ability to relate to all areas and management levels;
Manage distributors and aid them in conveying how Tea Forté’s promotional products fit into their customers marketing plans, deliver Tea Forte’s value proposition;
Provide customers with information and support as required, to secure new sales or recurring sales in order to achieve sales targets as established by the Director of Key Retail;
Manage all leads and prospects in NetSuite.com to support and grow Business Gift business;
Assist in sales forecasting, and strategic planning activities;
Communicate customer requirements and request support from internal sales support personnel in order to achieve sales objectives;
Cold call on established Business Gift Distributors and prospects;
Manage and be key contact to Multiline independent reps;
Create digital proofs with the decoration information provided by customer (logo/text);
Facilitate contact between the Tea Forté creative team, customer service, operations and outside partners.
A college degree and 1 to 3 years of sales experience with a business gift supplier or distributor (PPAI or ASI member);
Familiarity with Sageworld a plus;
Established contacts in the Business Gift industry with a strong awareness for prospecting new leads, contacts and client relationships;
Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
Some knowledge of photo editing software PhotoShop is a plus;
Excellent communication skills, via writing, phone and in person, with fluency in written and spoken English;
Ability to work and prioritize independently as well as to work closely and productively with a wide-variety of personalities and professional disciplines;
Ability to organize, troubleshoot, problem solve and complete work in a quick and efficient manner;
Must be flexible and team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast- growth and fast paced environment;
A proven record of accomplishments with an emphasis on sales growth with the ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy;
Ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks in a customer-focused, changeable business environment.
