Highly organized and dependable, the professional we select will work independently and collaboratively with all levels of creative and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing/communication strategies for an assigned group of service lines and/or clinical focus areas. Demonstrating strong initiative and a professional work ethic, this individual will develop and maintain solid client relationships based on a strong understanding of their core businesses. This person will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute target-market automation campaigns, demand generation, lead management, and automated digital marketing programs to drive lead conversion and patient acquisition. Additional responsibilities include:
Building and leveraging the marketing-automation infrastructure, applying best practices, and adhering to guidelines for personalized emails, customer relationship management (CRM) landing pages, and nurture campaigns.
Using CRM data to identify opportunities and provide guidance to ensure that marketing efforts are targeted, thoughtful, strategic, and cost effective.
Developing/implementing annual marketing and communications plans for assigned service lines, clinical focus areas, and/or hospital programs.
Planning and coordinating marketing initiatives that target specific messages and/or audiences.
Working collaboratively with service line leaders, finance, strategy/business development, and senior marketing in the strategic development/execution of marketing initiatives.
Integrating strategies across relevant channels, including web, mobile, social, direct, print, and public relations.
Supporting the marketing/communications team by developing scalable/trackable digital marketing strategies, activities, and metrics to prove outcomes and return on investments (ROI).
Measuring/reporting the performance of all digital and direct marketing campaigns; assessing against ROI and key performance indicator (KPI) goals.
Collaborating with marketing/communications team members to understand our audience and drive more engagement, KPIs, process and general buy-in of our services/providers.
Presenting strategic priorities, and marketing/implementation plans to various audiences.
Contributing to the departmental budget planning cycle and aligning marketing plans with system goals and objectives.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, advertising, business, healthcare administration or equivalent.
Five or more years of experience in a marketing/agency/healthcare/corporate environment.
Experience in the development, implementation, and measurement of integrated strategic marketing plans.
Experience leading/managing marketing database, email, and digital advertising campaigns.
Experience optimizing CRM systems and executing successful market-automation campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to multitask, work quickly, and manage multiple deadline concurrently.
Proficiency with technology and software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal/listening skills.
Advanced degree in marketing or an MBA.
Experience within a healthcare setting.
