About the Role:
Healthcare marketing has long been starved for an innovative approach to digital marketing that effectively engages healthcare professionals and patients. There is no such thing as a “growth hacker” in healthcare, but there should be, and we hope its you.
The Senior Manager/Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing new approaches to digital marketing in healthcare. You will have the opportunity to guide digital promotion that supports making the Guardant 360 Liquid Biopsy standard of care in the treatment of stage IV cancer patients.
This role is a unique opportunity to use an experimental mindset coupled with your digital toolkit to drive the growth of a technology that is poised to change the lives of cancer patients.
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing across Guardant Health
Develop and experiment with innovative digital approaches to educating healthcare professionals and patients about G360 and precision medicine
Collaborate with our digital engagement team to develop and provide solutions to patients and Healthcare patients that helps to maximize the value of G360 in clinical care
Develop and execute G360 digital strategy to drive brand growth and increase customer retention
Develop and execute G360 social media strategy to support deep engagement with patients living with cancer
Develop, execute and maintain SEO & SEM activity for Guardant Health
Develop metrics that support digital activity and inform digital investment
Provide support to global marketing activity
3-5 years of digital marketing experience required across various channels
Previous project experience utilizing Social Media to support d initiatives
3 years of project management experience
Must be familiar with analytics and reporting
Must have strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Prior healthcare marketing experience is a plus
Google Analytics, AdWords, or Tag Manager preferred
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
Prior Oncology Diagnostic/Biopharma experience is a plus
