Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilites:Marketing management:Plan, develop and deliver marketing programs focused on building awareness and customer engagement or purchase, and align with the needs of the audience Work with creative resources (internal & external) to meet program objectives: provide direction, assess alignment of creative output with objectives / value proposition and provide actionable feedback Thought leadership: Assess, interpret and anticipate customer (internal or external) needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them, including appropriate marketing channels needed to communicate message Build familiarity and demonstrate understanding of portfolio of products (e.g., features, benefits, audiences, differentiators) Advocate for new marketing strategies / initiatives in order to drive behavior change and meet business goals Assess marketing program effectiveness and apply learnings to future initiatives Ensure articulation and effective use of organization's desired image and brand In partnership with other key stakeholders, develop and articulate product positioning & key market differentiatorsStakeholder work/influencing:Cultivate relationships and work with internal stakeholders (sales, product management, legal/compliance, creative services, operations) to understand market needs, shape initiatives and build understanding of marketing's impact Develop understanding of applicable sales channels (e.g., consultants, brokers, trade groups) to drive marketing strategy Lead projects Effectively enable others without direct reporting authority
