The Assistant Director of Admissions Marketing for the Full-Time MBA Program works with the broader Admissions Marketing team to design and develop creative and innovative content (i.e. website, webinars, blogs, emails, social media, videos, info graphics content). In addition, the Assistant Director supports the overall team with strategic projects such as building creative/digital asset library, competitive research/analysis, and best practices for UX, CRM, and social media development, etc. Additionally, participates in the MBA recruitment and selection process as part of the Admissions Committee. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct MBA recruitment, evaluation and yield activities as part of the Full-Time MBA Admissions Committee. Duties include: working with prospective students, conducting presentations, reading and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and mentoring graduate Admissions Fellows. Attention to detail and timeliness are important with all aspects of serving on the Admissions Committee.As part of the admissions marketing team, the Assistant Director will:- Build and develop email, newsletter, blog, and website content/platforms-- Support annual and on-going video production projects by facilitating on-camera interviews and/or photo shoots of students, faculty, and staff-- Assist in writing video scripts, and storyboards, as well as assisting in video production - Help write, produce, curate, and test/analyze content for print and digital platforms (emails, newsletters, social media, blog, etc.) ensuring brand accuracy and consistency with marketing best practices.- Create and manage digital assets and communications calendar- Act as community manager for all Full-Time MBA social media channels, including effective management of paid and organic campaigns. Serves on the Chicago Booth social media council. - Partner with internal units to identify cross functional opportunities to engage prospective student, current student, and alumni audiences.
