Advertised Summary Job Description: The Columbia Video Network of the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science is looking for a new team member! Reporting to the Executive Director, the Recruitment and Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing and recruitment for Columbia Video Network, the online education division. The Manager oversees CVN's marketing program, and has core accountability for growing CVN enrollment. This role manages the recruitment of prospective individual students and partners with industry employers to build enrollment. Representing the Columbia Video Network (CVN), the incumbent will travel and solicit corporate sponsorship of prospective employees/CVN students. The Manager collaborates with CVN staff to connect online students from enrollment through graduation and beyond. This role coordinates traditional marketing efforts, including: market research, targeted outreach, presentations, small-and-large group meetings of prospective students, and Recruitment Fairs. The role also manages all digital marketing efforts for the program, including: search engine marketing, SEO, digital advertising, email, and social media.

General Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent required. Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
Additional Specific Minimum Qualifications: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively as a team member. Should be proficient with web-based applications and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Prior exposure to recruiting at corporate environments preferred. Knowledge of distance learning programs preferred. Knowledge of best practices in student recruitment desirable.
